BACK to SCHOOL- BACK to BUSY

Ok so its been a while since ive posted a new blog!! But i just started school again at CCAD, and its a little crazy. I love it though, learning to sew, make patterns, and improve my illustrations is alot of fun. I'll probably be modeling in the CCAD show again also, the theme this year is rock'n'roll. Im pretty excited...it makes me think 'black' and I who doesnt love black?! It can be so classy, and so edgy. Im obsessed. Nothing is the new black to me...black is black is black...is black. ;)

Oh and i loveee love love Proenza Schouler's Spring 08 collection! Omg its fantabulous. I adore it...i cant wait for the rest of the shows. Im a little upset that Anja Rubik cut her hair though...:(. Maybe it was a wig, ill pray it was a wig....and cross my fingers. lol....

Well anyways, the new illustrations are 20 times better than my old ones, and ill have them up sometime soon, i promse. Check back soon, you wont be dissapointed.

More Illustrations

Ok, so Im back and I've been working on a new illustration. I took a picture of it with my digital camera since my scanner is broken, so the quality isnt so great, but I still want to share it with you. (As well as some older illustrations I uploaded onto my computer a while back).

Now this illustration (the one below) is pretty old, but i still like it. I used it as the main image for my portfolio website. It's different, and it has movement...

Ok, now these are superold. I was probably 13 when I made these in Ms Paint, pixel by pixel. It took a long time, but I loved doing it. I had a billion of these pixel fashion designs on my old computer....

:) Those are so old.....but they are cute.

Hey Everyone! My name is Candace. Im a Fashion Major at The Columbus College of Art and Design, currently about to enter my sophomore year. Fashion is my life. I love being creative, and expressing myself. This blog is for people who are just like me, who appreciate art and fashion.
